The MDREX is designed to reliably acquire, record and process data in demanding and dynamic airborne flight test environments. With its modular architecture, it seamlessly scales to accommodate a wide spectrum of test requirements, from basic setups to highly complex configurations, adapting easily to a variety of signal types, environmental conditions, and recording durations.

An extensive selection of signal interface modules supports the most widely used data sources and buses, ensuring compatibility with both current and future requirements. The system’s modularity enables users to tailor configurations ranging from cost-efficient solutions to advanced FTI setups featuring high-capacity storage for high-speed data acquisition of up to 2 Gbit/s.

Mainframe options include models with 2, 4, or 8 slots for signal modules, offering maximum flexibility. This versatility is complemented by powerful data processing capabilities such as filtering and decimation, as well as advanced data management features, including UDP support and sophisticated Chapter 7 streaming. 

CYBERSECURITY

Additionally, cybersecurity features such as Data at Rest Protection (DARP), Data in Motion 
Protection (DIMP), Secure Boot and the utilization of a Removable Secure Operational Disk (RSOD) 
are implemented in order to optimize data protection and system safety.
