Services and Support Team 

Testing & Telemetry offers extended warranty and field support to include but not limited to 24 hour, seven (7) days per week hot line support from a qualified Safran field engineer or technician, on-site preventive maintenance, biannual operating systems security patching, equipment and laboratory test set up, as well as corrective maintenance on site or at our facility. Safran DSI ensures immediate support is available through prepositioning of personnel and equipment to support multiple and geographically dispersed customers.
